About Us
Ten years ago, I had an idea for a logo that would encompass the ideas rolling around in my head. Basically, our government is allowed to govern only through the people's consent. That our life, liberty, and property are not gifts from the government. They are natural rights. We the People are the power base. Or at least that is how it should be.
Modifying the beginning of the US Constitution slightly, I came up with the text of the logo. The eagle represents the government (at all levels, but primarily the federal government). The banner wrapping around the beak represents the power or control the people have over the government. The word Tenth is in reference to the 10th Amendment of the Constitution.
After 10 years, I have finally decided to use the logo.
By wearing the logo, you are stating that the government is of the People, by the People, and for the People; NOT above the People. That We the People need to put the federal government back in its constitutional box.
10th Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
